In the initial phase of the procedure, the skin proteins interact with the molecules of the so-called acid called frost effect causing better results.
The second face a creamy product that contain keratolytic ingredients, support a quick and deep effect on the skin of the main ingredient – Spongilla (freshwater sponge). In the massaging process it dissolves in the skin transmits its rare naturally occurring minerals. This allowed to completely eliminate the mechanical friction process and its negative consequences.

The treatment is done in 2clinic visits to achieve a deep exfoliation for a dramatic effect in one treatment.
One treatment is done is 2 visits of Deep Phyto Peeling with on day gap in between the sessions.

- Gel masksto help you to exfoliate the skin quicker.
Problematic skin might need a more intensive program of minimum 3 treatments (6 visits) with a gap of 2 weeks in between treatments. The price for the program of 6 visits is £750.

How long to stop using AHA products?
Discontinue use of any AHA products for 72 hours, or 6 weeks if doing a treatment cycle. Client may continue their regular skin care routine after 72 hours . Use hydrating and reparative products. Products rich in soothing and healing ingredients are best to encourage new healthy cell growth. Antioxidants, Vitamins A, C and E, Natural Skin Lighteners and Growth Factors work well. Use Sunscreen. Clients should never go out even on a cloudy day without SPF30 sun protection if they do peels.

PRE-CARE
You must not have:
Active cold sores
Bruises/ Cuts/wounds
Skin abrasions
On antibiotics for a bacterial skin infection
10 days before
Discontinue the use of Retinoids/ retinols
Discontinue topical gels such as benzyl peroxide
Laser/ electrolysis / Radio frequency
Depilatory creams, waxing or threading
14 days before
No active sunbathing or sunbed use.
AFTERCARE
Do not wet your the skin for 36 hours after to allow products to penetrate further into the skin.
Do not touch your skin as bacteria can enter.
No pulling or picking of peeling skin as this can cause damage to your skin.
After 24- 36 hours, only use water or the enzyme cleansing gel to wash the area for 7 – 10 days.
You can use the Skinbiotics enzyme cleanser after the period specified - You cannot use any other products other than this specific cleanser and the recommended spf – (Skinbiotics SPF or La Roche-Possay Anthelios SPF50 gel) . The use of other cleansers or sunscreens will prevent peeling
A wet flannel can be used to gently dab the skin to provide relief (after 24 hours only)
Avoid sun exposure for at least 2-3 weeks
Oil free SPF30 to be applied at all times when outdoors or if working near a window indoors.
No products on the skin for 7 days or until peeling stops.
Wait 10 days from the day of the peel to apply any products

Yes, this is done on the day of treatment.
DOES IT HURT?
The Deep Phyto peeling is a slightly uncomfortable peel, heat is produced when the blood cells rush to the surface , this starts the process of repairing the skin’s barrier. A fan is provided to reduce any discomfort.
CAN I EXERCISE AFTERWARDS?
It is not advisable to sweat a few days after the peeling, as a pellicule is forming on the face and it if you sweat under that pellicule can trigger even more blackheads breakouts.
It is recommended to get back to your sport routine after you exfoliate almost completely.
WHEN WILL I START PEELING?
Peeling starts on the 3rd - 5th day after the treatment and it will start around the mouth and will go up to the nose and cheeks. The last to exfoliate will be in the hairline and jawline.
HOW LONG WILL I PEEL FOR?
If you will not use any gellysh mask, it can take around 14 days. We provide as aftercare some gellish mask that helps to repair, nourish and hydrate the new skin and at the same time help you to exfoliate in 2-3 days. The gellysh mask is necessary to be applied at least twice a day for around 15-20 minutes. It needs to be massaged for a couple of minutes and then washed off.
